Our House

So, we bought a new house! It's brand new in a great subdivision in east Raleigh. We got a great deal, and we love it!
Our new house! It's tan with brick and faux shaker siding.
There is no one to the left of us, across the street, or behind us, because of a "greenway" preserve.

Our beautiful, huge kitchen.

The cool living room and through to the kitchen.

The powder room downstairs (I love the faucet!).

The master bathroom with extended vanity and garden tub.

The bank of windows and window seat in the guest room.

I love the shower head in the master bath.

All upgraded light fixtures (this one in the master bath).

Downstairs- our house is the flipped version of this.

Spokane

So, here are some pictures from the trip to Spokane. Taryn had her Western National Gymnastics Championship. She came in fourth on the floor, and 20th all around out of 50+ girls, plus the many who didn't make it to this meet. It was great to see my family, and it was wonderful to have Tochit there. She seemed to have a great time. The town of Spokane is beautiful, with a great river and beautiful falls. We stayed in a great hotel with a park across the river from us. We loved walking through the park, and seeing the marmots scampering about.
The whole gang.

The gondolas over the Falls.

Cute tight purple butts.

Taryn received fourth place on the floor, and was given the metal by Shannon Miller.

First place Western National Championships.

Brett McClure at the meet.

Shannon Miller at the meet throwing stuff into the audience.

Geese at the park.

A marmot at the park.

Mom, Dad and Tochit at one of the wineries we toured.

The view from the house at the winery.

The huge checker board at the house.

Cute Tochit and mom at the gazebo.

The gate house.

I love dogwoods.
