Addy

So, we have a new addition to our little family. Her name is Addy (don't ask what it's short for...) and she's 3 months old and a hefty 17 pounds already. She is a short-haired Belgian Malinois and probably Husky mix. She's been getting into some trouble, but nothing too serious... yet...

Our House

So, we bought a new house! It's brand new in a great subdivision in east Raleigh. We got a great deal, and we love it!

Spokane

So, here are some pictures from the trip to Spokane. Taryn had her Western National Gymnastics Championship. She came in fourth on the floor, and 20th all around out of 50+ girls, plus the many who didn't make it to this meet. It was great to see my family, and it was wonderful to have Tochit there. She seemed to have a great time. The town of Spokane is beautiful, with a great river and beautiful falls. We stayed in a great hotel with a park across the river from us. We loved walking through the park, and seeing the marmots scampering about.

Spokane Falls

Utah

Here are some pictures from Taryn & my trip to Provo Salt Lake City Utah. Taryn did amazingly well at her regional meet, and will be heading to Spokane for Western Nationals! She got third place all-around in her division (out of more than 20), with a score of 36.450.

We had fun. We got to see Mormon Temple Square, the Capital building (which was under construction), Utah Olympic Park where the 2002 Winter Olympics were held, BYU, and plenty of Utah Valley State College's McKay's event center...
